His extensive knowledge of the industry comes from early exposure in his youth which led him to pursue a 20 year career in residential home building. It was with this experience that Kevin decided to create Turnberry Construction Group in 2005, catering to the upscale custom home market. Turnberry Construction Group has proved to be an incredibly rewarding business to own in an industry that he is passionate about and has afforded Kevin the opportunity to create and model a company based on his ideals and values. Being involved in each project from inception to completion, ensures that Kevin's clients remain a priority throughout the building process, leaving them with not only a beautiful and well crafted home, but a positive and memorable experience as well.

Enthusiasm and strong work ethic are just a couple of attributes that he brings to the Turnberry team. Born and raised in Berks County, Rob has fond memories of helping his family with home improvement projects which later inspired him to start his own home renovation business. As his company continued to grow he realized that his passion wasn’t as much about owning a business as much as it was about working in the building industry. Project management afforded him the ability to utilize his experience while maintaining an integral part of the building and renovation process. Rob’s field experience, as well as, strong communication skills makes him an invaluable asset to our team which he relies on daily as he orchestrates scheduling, material orders and client relations.

Leah is a senior at Albright College triple majoring in Communications, English and Spanish. As marketing administrator, she is responsible for developing our social media campaign and finding additional marketing avenues for expansion into neighboring counties.
